Educational Qualifications: Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree
Responsibilities:
Ability to execute assigned activities independently
Ability to independently handle various paralegal activities including patent filing, docketing, office action responses, form preparations, reporting out, sending reminder etc.
Skills Desired
Good knowledge in IP
Proficient in US, PCT, Indian patent filing and prosecution activities.
Hands-on experience in one or more of docketing tools such as IP Manager, Foundation IP, Anaqua, Lecorpio, Memotech, Patricia, etc.
Exposure/Hands-on experience in patent annuities will be an added advantage.
Desired Role and Responsibilities
Supporting docketing and paralegal tasks (for both patents and trademark team)
Coordinating with India paralegal team for seamless client delivery
Desired Skills and Experience
3-5 years of experience in an intellectual property law firm or corporate IP department
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, efficiency, focus, flexibility, attention to detail, team player, and a good attitude is a must
